1. Accommodations Booking and Reservations :

1.1 Direct Bookings (Direct Contact with Tiziri Camp):

Direct bookings refer to reservations made directly with Tiziri Camp, typically through our official website or via direct contact with our camp through phone or email. These bookings are subject to Tiziri Camp’s own policies and terms and conditions. Guests who choose to book directly with us may benefit from more personalized communication and the ability to customize their experience at our camp. This direct channel allows us to provide prompt responses to inquiries and offer special packages or deals unique to Tiziri Camp, ensuring that our guests receive a tailored and memorable experience during their stay.

Payment:

  • To secure your reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due { 2 business weeks } before the arrival date.
  • We accept various payment methods online Paypal, Wise transfer, or bank wire Transfer, and all payments are processed securely.

Cancellation:

  • It’s important to be aware that the 30% deposit required to make a direct booking with us is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • Once the full payment has been made, it is non-refundable if canceled within 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

1.2 Bookings from Other Platforms (e.g., Booking.com):

When we refer to bookings from other platforms, we are talking about reservations made by guests through third-party booking websites such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb. These bookings typically originate from external websites or mobile apps.

It’s important to note that the terms, conditions, and payment processes for these bookings are often subject to the policies of the specific booking platform used. Therefore, guests who have made reservations through these platforms should refer to the terms and conditions provided by the respective platform for details regarding payment, cancellation, and modification policies.

Payment and Cancellation:

  • Payment is done through the booking platform used.
  • Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation. Please review the specific cancellation policy associated with your booking, as outlined during the reservation process.

Please note that all bookings made via Booking.com MUST be confirmed with Tiziri Camp directly. After making the online reservation through Booking.com, it is important to contact us directly by email at bookings@tiziricamp.com to confirm your booking and provide any additional information required.

1.3 Agency Bookings for Clients:

Agency bookings encompass reservations made by travel agencies or tour operators acting on behalf of their clients or guests. These agencies may have negotiated specific terms, pricing, and packages for their clients, and the payment arrangements can sometimes involve direct billing between the agency and Tiziri Camp.

Agency bookings may include groups or individuals booked as part of organized tours or packages. For guests in this category, Tiziri Camp collaborates closely with the agency with a detailed contract to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

2. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in : From 15:00 to 22:00
  • Check-out : From 06:00 to 12:00

By using our services and booking accommodations at Tiziri Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of your reservation or eviction from the camp.

3. Tiziri Tours Booking :

These bookings are subject to Tiziri Camp’s own policies and terms and conditions. Guests who choose to book a tour directly with Tiziri Camp may benefit from more personalized communication and the ability to customize their experience. This direct channel allows us to provide prompt responses to inquiries and offer special packages or deals unique to Tiziri Camp, ensuring that our guests receive a tailored and memorable experience during their journey with Tiziri Camp.
