3-Day Sahara Corporate Experience (Ideal for Short Offsites)
Day 1: Arrival & transfer to the camp in the Desert
Your journey begins with a scenic transfer to Merzouga. Upon arrival at our kasbah, your team will enjoy a traditional welcome tea before transferring to the camp by 4WD or camel caravan. During the transfer, the group gathers for a sunset ceremony followed by a warm Moroccan dinner under the stars. In the evening, teams enjoy live Traditional berber blues music around the fire and a storytelling session designed to spark personal connection.
Day 2:
After sunrise yoga and breakfast, the day unfolds with a desert team-building challenge: guided dune trekking, a scavenger hunt, or a leadership relay race, puzzles and games. Midday, enjoy a fresh, locally prepared lunch. Optional afternoon workshops or group discussions take place in shaded desert lounges. After an inspirational closing circle, enjoy the sunset at your leisure and settle in your tents after dinner and traditional music.
Day 3:
After breakfast, wrap up with a reflective journaling session and a final group sharing. Depart Tiziri Camp energized, inspired, and deeply connected.
4-5 Day Deep-Dive Corporate Retreat (Ideal for Strategic Planning, Leadership Training & Company Culture Building)
Day 1: Arrival & Grounding in the Desert
Arrive in Merzouga and be welcomed with traditional Moroccan hospitality at our kasbah. After a short transfer to the camp by camel or 4WD, your group will settle into their luxury tents. During the transfer, the group gathers for a sunset ceremony followed by a warm Moroccan dinner under the stars. In the evening, teams enjoy live Traditional berber blues music around the fire and a storytelling session designed to spark personal connection.
Day 2: Connection & Team Building
Begin your day with sunrise yoga or meditation in the dunes. After breakfast, choose from team-building workshops, creative breakouts, or a Desert Exploration & Tea with Nomads (optional activity, €55/person). This guided 4WD experience takes you through the rocky desert to visit nomadic families, the Mifis ghost town and mine, and ends with live music in Khamlia Village. Return to the camp for a sunset circle, followed by dinner and optional stargazing with telescopes.
Day 3: Immersion & Inspiration
This day can be dedicated to a Camel Trek to the Oasis (optional activity, €55/person including lunch). After breakfast, trek across the dry riverbed to visit a nomadic family for tea and cultural exchange. Then continue by camel to the serene Obira Oasis beneath a towering dune. Enjoy a picnic lunch, relax, or explore barefoot in the sands before returning. For those staying at camp, optional wellness sessions, journaling workshops, or free time can be arranged.
Day 4: Creative Collaboration & Celebration
Today focuses on vision-building and fun. After morning movement, groups can participate in a desert scavenger hunt, a culinary challenge, or take part in breakout sessions for leadership, branding, or culture design. In the afternoon, unwind with optional dune buggy or ATV rides. In the evening, we’ll host a private dining experience under the stars—perfect for celebrating your team and capping off the retreat with a magical moment.
Day 5: Reflection & Farewell
Enjoy a slow morning with sunrise views and a nourishing breakfast. Host a closing reflection session or gratitude circle before preparing for departure. Transfers can be arranged back to our Auberge ( own transportation) to Errachidia, Fez, or onward destinations.
